Hello World is a common phrase printed out to the console, usually the first programming exercise one does when learning a new programming language. Depending on the language, a Hello World program can be extremely easy (Python), easy enough (Java), or extremely difficult (Brainf). Also, it is a phrase one can use when greeting the world in Americanese.
